Practitioners of other martial arts

If you come from a different martial art or combat sport, you will discover a very different approach here: postural work focused on balance, relaxation, and internal body transformation. Forget about heavy bag work and intense striking sessions—we emphasize repeated, precise exercises to develop the physical qualities needed for learning our Kung Fu. Good physical condition is an asset, but we also support those returning after a break, at their own pace.

Practitioners who are part of the Kung Fu family 功夫家族

Practitioners of other traditional Kung Fu styles will likely find familiar reference points: the importance of grounding, certain footwork patterns, and especially the demanding strengthening of the legs. The body is at the center of the practice, with the same level of rigor found in other schools.

Si vous venez d’une autre branche du Wing Chun, l’adaptation peut être plus délicate. Certaines lignées partagent des points communs avec la nôtre (Leung Sheung) mais beaucoup reposent sur des principes très différents. Il faudra alors aborder cette pratique comme une nouvelle voie, repartir de zéro avec un esprit ouvert, et accepter de redécouvrir le Wing Chun sous un autre angle.
